Tyler goes for the Gold!

reply

Onto our next story arch at the Cerulean City gym, where Joshy will attempt to earn his Cascade Badge! It seems as though we're about to meet the man/myth/legend himself, Tyler aka this year's prodigy of Power with that freakin perfect form! Just look at that dive! Anyway, these next few pages are very fun, and dive into Tyler's back story!

It's so crazy to finally see these pages become a reality! I dreamt about this arch for so long when I was originally writing it/scripting it. It's very surreal to see my thoughts and notes come to life!

Please feel free to leave a comment! Would love to hear your guys feedback!

See you guys wednesday with the next update!

Enjoy~

I love how your comic seems 3-dimensional!

@TheSpriterZ: Thank you! I really strive to make it look and feel like a TV show. To bad I don't know how to animate!

Wow, this is so much I love about this comic. I don't think I've been sucked into a Pokemon comic this much in a while, I just marathoned through it all!
This is, over all, a very well executed comic, from visual presentation to the storyline to the characters. It all feels very.. real, in a weird sense. The characters feel like they could be actual people, albeit in a Pokemon World. It's... inventive, I want to say. Very well done.

@Light-Called-Hope: Thanks for the feedback! One of the most important things I tried to achieve with this comic was to create believable like-able characters. That was an issue I had with PCC. All those characters were stale and had no defined personalities. This time around I was sure to give them all clear character traits and personalities!

Also I'm constantly trying to push myself with the visuals, and it sort of drives me insane at times, but its for the greater good of the comic, haha!
